Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Why was my ordered cancelled?

Answer: Orders that do not comply with magazine restrictions in your area will be cancelled. When an order is cancelled funds are returned to the card.

Question: I am a Law-enforcement/FFL dealer. Can I purchase high capacity magazines even if they are restricted in my area?

Answer: We are not an FFL dealer. We cannot authenticate any credentials and cannot ship magazines that do not comply with local laws.

Question: My card was charged but my account status states “awaiting payment”.

Answer: When you place an order, your card is authorized for the amount of the order. The charge is only temporarily authorized while your order processes.

Question: The status of my order states it has shipped but my order has not been picked up.

Answer: Shipping labels are automatically created once inventory is allocated for that order and marked shipped. This does not mean the order has been picked up by FedEx. We recommend you sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to get updates when your order begins transit. If your order has yet to begin transit and you wish to cancel, please advise and your card will be refunded in full.

Question: I ordered a magazine that has yet to ship and it has been over 2 weeks.

Answer: Custom magazines are made to order and take up to 30 days to ship.

Question: I would like to return my order but it has been over 30 days. Can I still return it?

Answer: Depending on the order, a product may be returned after 30 days but is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Question: Do you ship outside the United States?
