Functional, but not perfect

These magazines do, in fact, fit the Henry US Survival rifle, but they do not allow the magazine retaining clip to engage. They are held in only by friction, but it is sufficient for retaining the magazine. 14 rounds can easily fit, but the amount of force required to insert the 15th round can deform the casing of the previous round. A thumb-saving speed loader is recommended to save your thumbs and preserve the casings while in the magazine.

Perfect fit. I use for target shooting. Was tired of reloading stock 8 round mags. I bought 2 mags. So much more fun. Highly recommend.

Can anyone recommend a mag loader that will fit these mags? Can't get past 10 rounds. My baby Up Lula will not fit!

Received my mags today; fit and finish are excellent. Loading is hard after 8 rounds; I bought 3 mags, and could only load 14 rds in 2 of them; the followers seemed pretty tight, so they will probably loosen up after awhile. Issue with how they fit in the mag well; loose, tight enough not to drop out, but seems to have a mag release problem to disengage. Keep you posted on feeding and mag changes, but I suspect I will be doing some grinding. Honest assessment is that they are SOLID, quality mags, with fit issues that can be dealt with; VERY solid construction.
