Refund Policy

No returned goods will be accepted without prior authorization. All returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee ( defective magazines exempt from fee).  A return claim must be made within 7 days from date purchase is received and have a prior R.A.#.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.Customer has 7 business days to return item once an RA is issued. Refunds may take 1-3 business days depending on your banking institution.

•  Product Condition: Returned products must be in unused, unaltered condition with original, undamaged packaging or defective product within 7 days of purchase arrival for refund, credit or exchange. Any product which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable. Any product which has been installed or inserted is non-returnable. Product fitment is your responsibility. We will not accept used or opened products due to the ordering of the wrong item under any circumstances.

• Exchanges: If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 5-7 business days for the replacement to be processed. 

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse.

• RMA #: All returns need a RA (Return Authorization) number provided by us. 

• Return Shipping Options: For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

• Returned/Unclaimed Orders: Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a 20% Service Fee.

• Cancelled Custom Orders: Custom orders take 30 days to produce due to custom parts needed to create the magazines. If a Custom order is cancelled for any reason order is subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

• Returned Items must be shipped within 7 days of return authorization, failure to comply will result in a void return/exchange. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
  

• Custom orders are non-refundable as stated in product description.

• We are an Online business and do ALL communications online, we do not have a telephone number, please use your BuyMyMags account to contact us regarding your order.
